Off-Premise Sales Rep: Pryes Brewing Co.
Pryes Brewing Company is looking for a full time Sales Representative to join our fast-growing brewery in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Sales Representative would be responsible for the company’s daily sales activities in the defined trade area (St Paul) while achieving monthly sales goals.
This position requires an extremely detailed and organized person, who is energized by rapid change and growth, and has a “pitch in and get it done” attitude. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate sound decision making and problem-solving abilities. We are looking for people that are excited to be part of the craft brewing business and are energetic, outgoing, love to learn new things and want to share their experiences with others.
Work independently to develop and maintain effective customer relationships
Identify opportunities to open new accounts and grow brand
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Maintain a log of appointments and contacts
Set sales volume projections
Host events and tastings in territory
Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
Minimum 2 yrs consumable product sales experience in a similarly sized, growth company
2 yrs of craft beer sales preferred
Accomplished use of MS Office applications
Excellent and professional communication skills
Unsurpassed organizational skills and attention to detail
Sound problem solving and decision-making skills
The ability to thrive in a high growth environment, where change is the norm, and can keep a cool head under stress
Desire to learn and exemplifies a “pitch in and get it done” attitude
Flexibility to work additional hours and days that deviate from regular work schedules
