Tired Hands Brewing Company is pleased to announce its diversity brewer internship program. This internship will provide new women brewers and brewers of color an opportunity to gain entry into the brewing industry and substantive training in brewing skills and experience to launch their brewing careers. Tired Hands Brewing Company operates two brewery restaurants, a production brewery with keg packaging and a canning line, a barrel aging facility with a botting line and laboratory, a coolship, and a retail store. Interns will learn how to put theoretical understanding to life as beer in our strange and beautiful brewery.

The Tired Hands Brewing Company Diversity Internship program is open to women and racial/ethnic minorities who seek a career in brewing and are nearing completion or have recently* completed a brewing education program or related degree or certificate program.
Interns will be selected on the basis of their past work and educational experience, the quality of their educational program and how well they performed in that program, their knowledge of beer and brewing, their aptitude for a career in brewing, and their passion for brewing.
The internship program is for 3 contiguous months in duration. The intern will spend 20 hours a week learning hands-on skills in the brewery and practicing those skills with work assignments. Interns shall be compensated with a $2,500 stipend, paid biweekly.
