BREWERY ASSISTANT: FITGERS
SHIFT BREWER: TIN WHISKERS
Works in the Cellar and Packaging Departments to operate and
maintain equipment needed to manage yeast, monitor fermentation, and oversee
conditioning of beer, as well as package beer in a variety of containers
including kegs, bottles and growlers. Assists in a variety of aspects
throughout the business as needed. Delivers beer to satellite restaurants and cleans
all draft equipment.
ACCOUNT MANAGER: MILK AND HONEY CIDERS
The most qualified candidate will become part the Tin Whiskers Brewing Company team and will report directly to the Head Brewer or President. Brewers participate in all facets of brewhouse and cellar operations and including but not limited to wort production, yeast management, record keeping, fermentation management, packaging, cleaning. Has creative duties as well which includes managing barrel program, pilot batch recipe design and execution, and managing infusion program.
Milk & Honey Ciders produces fine American cider from heirloom and traditional cider apple cultivars. Our farmhouse cidery and orchard focuses on interesting, dry, highly aromatic and tannic ciders made with minimal intervention. Founded in 2011, we are a vertically integrated company that includes orcharding, manufacturing, distribution, and operating a retail taproom. We take pride in making and celebrating this historically and culturally important beverage.
