Events & Customer Relations Coordinator: Dual Citizen Brewing

The Event and Customer Relations Contractor is the lead for external customer engagement.

This full-time salaried position will actively promoting the DCBC and Dual Purpose brands to use the bounty of our area to elevate not only the beer we brew but the community we call home. The result is a brewery that is not only a reflection on, but a reflection of our community. That’s who we are and what we celebrate. This position reports to the brewery general manager and works closely with the taproom manager, marketing, and management staff.

Outcomes

  • Increase in taproom customer traffic and sales through customer engagement and increased private event calendar execution.

  • Establish protocols for customer database registration and increased loyalty programs participation

  • Maintain  Private Party Procedures

  • Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours

  • Promote and assist with taproom special events

  • Engage with the community to promote brewery use for private events.  Such as pairing dinners, art shows, and tastings, etc.

  • Work with clients to design and coordinate private event experiences at the brewery taproom

  • Maintain the customer relationship management system.

  • Provide updates of community news and events (St. Anthony, Creative Enterprise Zone, Midway Chamber of Commerce)

  • Serve as Beertender for one to two shifts per week.

 Skills Required

  • Knowledge of Twin Cities craft beer industry

  • Prior experience in event planning and sales (preferred)

  • Experience establishing and maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM)     systems (preferred)

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Must be outgoing, energetic, and have excellent communication skills

  • Flexible scheduling is essential, with availability for working night and weekend hours
