As BSG's CraftBrewing Marketing Manager based out of our Shakopee, MN, office, your primary mission will be to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for BSG CraftBrewing in concert with the creative department, VP of Marketing, and the CraftBrewing sales team. Your success in this role will be directly related to your prior knowledge and understanding of the brewing process and craft brewing products. In this role, you will develop strategic market plans and marketing materials while consulting with sales personnel to determine the proper materials and outputs. The marketing programs and tools that you help to design, develop, and implement will be instrumental in driving BSG's business by increasing the level of product awareness among customers. Your precise attention to detail, incredible organizational habits, and project management focus will allow you to effectively evaluate market reactions to advertising programs and merchandising policies to ensure the timeline adjustment to meet competitive conditions.

Equally important will be your solid background in social media strategy execution and customer segment surveys to fully gauge where we are with our customer base. Your strength in marketing, combined with your professional finesse and ability to work with others to get the job done, will be essential in allowing you to hit the ground running.
