Able is a brewery and malthouse located in the Logan Park neighborhood of Northeast Minneapolis. We hope to drive attention to our small grains grower network, highlight Minnesota values, and build terrific beer.

Job Overview: The On/Off Premise Sales Rep’s primary responsibility is to sell and maintain all Able products at both on and off-premise accounts in the Twin Cities. You will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships as well as targeting and acquiring new accounts.
Primary responsibilities include: Develop and grow existing and new accounts Actively define and target new high volume accounts in your territory Set and drive toward weekly and monthly sales targets as defined by Able’s Sales Manager Advocate of Able’s brand, beer, values, and strategy Thorough knowledge of all products Deep understanding of the craft market in Minnesota Developing and building effective marketing strategies in your territory (events, promotions, staff trainings, etc.)
The On/Off-Premise Sales Rep has secondary responsibilities in Sales + Marketing
These duties can include: In-store tastings Marketing directives Execution of sales strategies New product launch Staffing promotional events such as beer festivals, taproom events and other events Effective collaboration with Able’s existing Production and Marketing Teams Tours + Tastings for your accounts at Taproom Accurate and precise execution of work instructions Data collection and recording
Job Requirements: Must have deep knowledge of Twin Cities Metro markets At least 2+ years beverage on/off sales experience (or similar industry) required Highly competitive and self-motivated Ability to work effectively with a small team, and on your own Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when applicable Must love the Kinks Must have a clean driving record (Motor vehicle records and background checks will be performed)
Desired Skills/Training College degree desired Knowledge in draft tech maintenance Knows how to start a fire with one match Strong familiarity with the East Metro and St. Paul
