  • Provide a professional and fun packaging experience for Lagersmith clients

  • Operate and maintain the canning machine during daily runs

  • Unload, set-up and clean equipment at each brewery location at the beginning of each packaging run. Clean, sanitize, break down and load equipment at the end of each packaging run.

  • Drive and unload a 26-foot box truck (no CDL required)

  • Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

  • Mix sanitizing chemicals according to instructions

  • Quality control to include accurate fill levels, weighing to ensure proper amounts of liquid and checking seam specifications.

  • Operate label machine

  • Operate DO (dissolved oxygen) meter to ensure proper levels

  • Independently troubleshoot issues and make on-site adjustments/repairs


  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot technical and mechanical issues

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Must be able to frequently lift up to 75 pounds

  • Available to work long and/or flexible hours

  • Must be dependable and have reliable transportation

  • Overnight travel up to 25%

  • Prior experience in a production environment (preferred)

  • Canning and/or bottling line experience (preferred)

  • Wild Goose operating experience (preferred)

  • Forklift certification and/or experience(preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.00 to $21.00 /hour
