Executing the duties and responsibilities assigned
Maintaining a clean bar and taproom area
Maintaining a pleasant taproom environment (temperature, music, conduct)
Following the SOPs governing taproom operations
Enforce regulations set forth by alcoholic beverage commission (Checking IDs, stopping overconsumption, Alcohol Service Certified)
Adhering to the schedule set forth by the taproom lead
Communicate the 56 Brewing philosophy and mission in actions and attitude.
Working offsite at Beer Tastings and Events scheduled for 56 Brewing.
Qualifications for Position
Availability to work nights, weekends.
Prior Bartending experience preferred.
Good knowledge of craft beer and the production of craft beer.
Cicerone beer server certification preferred.
Positive attitude and excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to operate POS system and other web-based software.
Ability to lift 30-50lbs and move full kegs with use of hand truck.
Willingness to learn the mechanics of the taproom equipment.
Competitive within the industry.
