Packaging Supervisor: Indeed Brewing Company

Indeed Brewing Company is seeking a reliable and hard-working individual to fill the role of Packaging Supervisor at our Northeast Minneapolis brewery. Our Packaging Supervisor will work as a part the packaging team in a fast paced and complex work environment.


● Manage packaging team through delegation of tasks, training, providing feedback, and giving performance reviews

● Packaging inventory accounting and planning

● Quality control of packaged beer

● Execute and maintain Preventative Maintenance program for packaging equipment

● Operating packaging equipment including a KHS can filler, case sealer, and six-packing machine

● Tracking and entering finished goods inventory

● Packaging material inventory management

● Facility cleaning, organization, and special projects

● Safely operating a forklift

● Maintaining brewery sanitation


● Assisting with canning line operations

● Assisting with bottling operations

● Assisting with keg cleaning and filling operations

● Transferring finished goods between warehouses

● Brewery maintenance

● Assisting with Incoming and Outgoing Logistics


● Inventory control experience preferred

● Commercial brewery experience preferred but not required

● High school/GED or higher

● Forklift certified, training provided if not certified

● Clean driving record

● Safety conscious

● Able to meet physical demands (see below)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Specific abilities in this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and ability to adjust focus.


● 40+ hours per week

● Rotation between A.M. and P.M. shifts
