Sales Lead

Foley, MN


Salary: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year

Mission: To lead robust growth in sales revenue through existing and new customers both near and far. To work closely with the CEO to coordinate sales and marketing efforts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue.

  • Close existing leads.

  • Generate and build new leads.

  • Sell spot and contract hops across Minnesota, the Midwest and the rest of the US.

  • Maintain an active and engaging social media presence.

Location & Hours

  • Mighty Axe Hops office and farm: 8505 95th Street NE Foley, MN 56329.

  • This position will require that you maintain regular weekly office time at the Foley office.

  • This position will require significant day travel throughout the State of Minnesota on a regular basis. There will be less frequent out-of-State and overnight travel.

  • This is a full time, year round salaried position.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4 year or professional degree in sales, business or related fields

  • Multi-year track record of B2B sales success

  • Strong social media skills in Instagram, Twitter and Facebook

Physical Demands

  • Able to lift heavy objects as needed (ie: table and tent for booth set up)

  • Able to drive for extended periods


  • Base compensation of $35,000-$45,000 (dependent on experience) with potential to be eligible for additional compensation based on success of the business
